Theresa W. Morton

Theresa W. Morton, 96, of Berlin, passed away on Sunday, September 18, 2022 at St. Vincent de Paul Rehabilitation and Nursing Center after a period of failing health. She was born in Conway, NH on December 8, 1925 the daughter of the late Edwin and Sylvia (Bickford) Welch. Theresa resided in Berlin most of her life. For many years, she was employed by the Granite State Rubber Co., and later at A.V. Home Care Services. For a brief time, she worked at an insurance company in Connecticut. She enjoyed reading, and had a great love for her cats and for stray cats.

Members of the family include her daughter Linda Whitlock of Berlin; several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Robert F. Morton in 2006, a son Michael Morton in 2014, and her siblings Carol and John.
