Thelma J (Hawkins) St Onge

Thelma J. (Hawkins) St Onge passed away peacefully with family by her side on Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at St. Vincent Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. She was 82 years old.



Born in Dummer, NH on June 9, 1936 she was the daughter of Owen and Lois (Young) Hawkins. She graduated from Berlin High School, class of 1955.



Thelma was a happy person and most enjoyed making others happy. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She enjoyed playing cards, going to Bingo, shopping and just going for rides enjoying the outdoors, but her greatest enjoyment came from spending time with family and friends.



Besides her parents she is predeceased by her daughter Lesley Dunham Lacasse; her husband Paul St Onge; two brothers Wayne and Everette Hawkins; two sisters Erma Enman and Phyllis Hawkins and her step-son Danny St Onge.



She leaves behind her children, Joseph Goyette and wife Pauline of Alabama, Timothy Goyette and wife Julie of Hooksett, NH, Douglas Dunham Sr and wife Pam of Somersworth, NH, Juanita Girard and husband Jeff of Berlin, NH, Phillip Dunham Jr and wife Lynn of Lebanon, ME, Dale Dunham of Berlin, NH; stepchildren, Denise Henry and husband Gene of Berlin, NH, Lucille Lacasse and husband Norman of Gorham, NH, Gisele Byer and husband Mickey of Franklin, NH, and Lena Bartenstein of Franklin, NH; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brothers Earl Hawkins and wife Louis of Milan, NH; sisters Barbara Matthews and husband John of Hebran, NH, Muriel Littlehale and husband Norman of Lancaster, NH, and Ruthie Testa of Milan, NH; and several nieces and nephews.



Calling hours will be held on Friday, October 5, 2018 from 11:00am to 1:00pm at Fleury-Patry Funeral Home, 72 High Street, Berlin, NH.



A Chapel Service will be held at Fleury-Patry Funeral Home following calling hours at 1:00pm. Interment will follow at Willis Cemetery, Dummer, NH.



Following the interment there will be a Celebration of Life at the Dummer Town Hall.
