Sherry Lizotte, 58, of Berlin, passed away unexpectedly at her home on October 4, 2025. Sherry was born on February 17, 1967 in Haverhill, MA and grew up in that area until she moved with her mom and step-father to Shelburne NH. Sherry graduated from Gorham High School with the Class of 1985. Shortly after high school, she met the love of her life, Michael Lizotte. The two had a daughter, Alyssa, and later married in 1997.
Sherry was a true “roadie” for her husband’s band, Rock Bottom, for over 20 years. These were the times she truly cherished and enjoyed the many places the band played all around New England. Michael was also a member of the Flyin’ Iron Motorcycle club, and both Sherry and Mike spent much of their time with the club and on their Harley. Sherry also was a huge lover of her cats. Above all, she cherished her two grandchildren Colin and Brady.
She is survived by her daughter, Alyssa LeBlanc and Husband Matthew LeBlanc of Berlin NH, as well as Colin and Brady. She is also survived by her father Robert Wyman of Amesbury, MA; a brother Paul Wyman and his wife Kristen of Plaistow, NH, two half-sisters: Corinne Cooper and husband Zach of Haverhill, MA and Meghan Cote and husband Jesse of Seabrook, NH; her Aunt Joyce Dyment of Amesbury, MA, Aunty Gladie Kneeland of Georgetown MA; lastly, her grandfather Gordon Dyment of Georgetown, MA, many other cousins, nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her husband Michael Lizotte, her mother Doreen Kukene (Dyment), her step-father Frank Kukene, her grandfather Arthur Wyman, and her grandmother Charlene Dyment (Spaulding).
Those who know Sherry know she loved rock music, so it is only fitting to leave a lyric from the late and great Ozzy Osborne; “I was down, but now I’m flying. Straight across the great divide. I know you’re crying, but I’ll stop your crying when I see you, I see you on the other side. I’ll see you, I’ll see you on the other side.”
There will be a celebration that will be announced at a later date, where Sherry, Michael, Frank and Doreen will be laid to rest. Those who wish may make donations in Sherry’s memory to the Conway Area Humane Society, PO Box 260, Conway NH 03818 or conwayhumane.org.
Arrangements are entrusted to Bryant Funeral Homes & Crematory, Berlin and Gorham, NH. Memories and condolences may be shared online at www.bryantfuneralhome.net.
