Roger W. Hawkins

Mr. Roger W. Hawkins, 75, of 141 Lancaster Road, Gorham, NH passed away on Wednesday August 17, 2011 at the St. Vincent de Paul Health & Rehab Center in Berlin. He was born in Errol, NH on May 12, 1936 the son of Sidney and Shirley E. (Ferren) Hawkins and was a lifelong resident of the North Country. He graduated with Honors from Berlin High in 1954 and had been employed by C. R. West in Errol and later worked as a gradeall operator with R. S. Audley, Inc. in Bow, NH for 30 years. Members of the family include his wife Miriam Hawkins of Gorham, NH; 3 children Carolyn of AZ, Debra of FL and Kenneth of AZ; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brothers Steven Hawkins of Concord, NH and Philip Hawkins of Stratham, NH; a sister Sydney Peters of Errol, NH; nieces, nephews and cousins. There will be no services. The Bryant Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
