Robert Tremblay, 79, of Berlin, passed away at his home on Friday, January 12, 2024. He was born in Berlin on August 13, 1944 the son of the late Romeo and Jeanne (Salvas) Tremblay. Bob grew up in Berlin, attending St. Regis and Notre Dame before entering the United States Army. Upon his return from the service he worked for a brief time at the Groveton mill before starting his career with the cable company, where he worked for 40 years. Bob enjoyed hunting and fishing when he was able, and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 57 years Florence Tremblay of Berlin; a son Norman Tremblay and wife Tammy of Lafayette, LA and Lyman Tremblay and wife Missy of Berlin; grandchildren: Zachary and Kaylee; siblings: Theresa McAllister of Connecticut, Romeo Tremblay of Berlin and Paul "Pete" Tremblay of Berlin; several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his sisters Jeannette Cote and Fern Drapeau.

Per Robert's request, there will be no services. Those who wish may make donations in his memory to North Country Home Health & Hospice Agency, 536 Cottage St., Littleton, NH 03561 (nchhha.org). Arrangement are entrusted to the Bryant Funeral Homes, Berlin and Gorham. Memories and condolences may be expressed online at www.bryantfuneralhome.net.
