Robert R. Theriault

Mr. Robert R. Theriault, 78, of 137 Jolbert St., Berlin, NH passed away on Monday morning May 19, 2008 at his home after a brief illness. He was born in Berlin, NH on April 7, 1930 the son of Albert and Antoinette (Laroche) Theriault and was a lifelong resident. Robert was a US Army veteran. Prior to his retirement, he had been employed by the Brown Company and James River Corporation. He was a member of Good Shepherd Parish and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He enjoyed politics and was a former city councilman. Members of the family include his wife Eveline (Fleurquin) Theriault of Berlin, NH; his children Raymond Theriault and his wife Janet of Queensbury, NY, Michael Theriault and his wife Louanne of Concord, NH, Joanne Bruce and her husband Roger of Londonderry, NH, Linda Billings and her husband Dudley of Hinsdale, MA, Anne Marie Theriault of Laurel, Maryland, Louise Blake and her husband Keith of Peru, MA and Lisa McCarthy and her husband Bobby of Johnston, SC; 8 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren; a sister Juliette Caron and her husband Armand of Stark, NH; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. SERVICES: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday morning May 22, 2008 at 11 AM at St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish. Interment will be in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery at a later date. Relatives and friends may call at the Bryant Funeral Home, 180 Hillside Avenue, Berlin, NH on Wednesday afternoon and evening from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Memorial Hospital, PO Box 5001, North Conway, NH, 03860 or to a charity of ones choice.
