Richard "Turk" Turcotte

Richard J. “Turk” Turcotte, 84, of Berlin, passed away on Wednesday August 17, 2022 at his home. He was born in Berlin on December 23, 1937 the son of the late Joseph and Lydia (Lambert) Turcotte and moved to New York when he was 16, returning to New Hampshire in 1980. He had been employed at Demers Septic Service for many years and had also worked construction. Turk was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles and enjoyed fishing. His passion was playing his electric guitar and had played in several bands.



Family includes his wife Martha (Plummer) Turcotte of Berlin, NH; daughter Laura Graf of Holland, NY; stepchildren Ronald Ferron and wife Jenny of Annapolis, MD, Wendy Goodrum of Berlin, NH, Tina Edwards and husband Timothy of Milan, NH and Shane Ferron and wife April of Berlin, NH; 2 grandchildren; 18 step-grandchildren; many great grandchildren; nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a step-daughter Linda Allen, a step-son Gary Ferron and a brother Leo Turcotte.



A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday August 24, 2022 at 1 PM at the Bryant & Fleury-Patry Funeral Home, 180 Hillside Ave., Berlin. There will be no calling hours. Online guestbook at www.bryantfuneralhome.net.
