Mr. Richard T. Congdon, 83, of Cates Hill Rd, Berlin, NH passed away on Sunday June 21, 2009 at the Coos County Nursing Home. He was born in Portsmouth, NH on February 18, 1926 the son of Ashley M. and Alice (Sides) Congdon. He served in the US Army and was a publisher with the Northern Illinois Press. There are no services.
