Pauline A. Lambertson, 101, of Gorham, passed away peacefully on Thursday May 8, 2025 at her granddaughter’s home surrounded by her family that loved her dearly. She was born in Berlin on May 31, 1923 the daughter of Ralph and Helen (Sullivan) Perry and had lived in Gorham, NH most her life. She then moved to Readfield, ME for several years before returning to the Androscoggin Valley in the late 1990’s. She also spent many years in Fort Myers, Florida for the winter months. Pauline enjoyed fishing, traveling, golf, playing cards, swimming, reading, skiing, having a “Cheers” to loving life and to all that loved her.
Pauline (Mammie) had a spirit that lit up every room. Always with a smile on her face and a heart full of joy. Her will to live life to the fullest inspired everyone lucky enough to know her. Whether she was dancing, laughing, or simply offering one of her warm hugs, she showed us what it means to embrace life with kindness, grace, gratitude, and love. Pauline (Mam)was always up for a good time or an adventure. She lived her life to the absolute fullest. She brought fun wherever she went and made the smallest moments feel like a celebration. Her boundless positivity and her zest for life was an inspiration to all that knew and loved her. She never let age dim her spirit!
Family includes her children Gordon Lambertson and wife Joann of Gorham, NH, Kathy Thomas of Hollywood, FL 4 grandchildren, Stephanie (Shawn) Hanlon, Todd (Shannon) Lambertson, Scott (Michelle) Lambertson, Sarah Lambertson and partner (Russ) and several great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband George W. Lambertson, her son Michael Lambertson, her daughter Karen Dupont, son-in-law William Dupont, daughter-in-law Laurie Lambertson, her parents and siblings.
Interment will take place privately at the at Holy Family Cemetery, Church St., Gorham, NH. Those who wish may make donations in Pauline’s name to North Country Home Health & Hospice Agency, 536 Cottage St., Littleton, NH 03561.
