Paul A. Morrissette

Mr. Paul A. Morrissette, 65, of 143 Madison Avenue, Berlin, NH passed away on Friday October 13, 2006 at the Androscoggin Valley Hospital in Berlin, after a short illness. He was born in Berlin, NH on April 12, 1941 the son of Arthur A. and Irene F. (Dumont) Morrissette and had lived most of his life in Berlin. Paul was a graduate of Notre Dame High School with the class of 1959 and was a US Army veteran of the Vietnam War. He attended St. Francis College in Biddeford, Maine and had attained his Masters Degree from Assumption College. He was employed by the local paper mill for most of his working life. He was a member of St. Anne Church, now known as Good Shepherd Parish and was a member of St. Pius X Church in Errol, NH. Paul was an avid outdoorsman, who enjoyed hiking and skiing. Members of the family include a son Mathew Morrissette of Portsmouth, NH; a daughter Elise Morrissette and her partner Melinda Treadwell of Marlborough, NH; a sister Joan Villeneuve and her husband Pete of Errol, NH; his former wife Bich Ha Trinh of Randolph, MA; nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his parents Arthur and Irene (Dumont) Morrissette. SERVICES: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday morning October 18, 2006 at 9:00 AM at St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish. Interment will be in the St. Kieran Cemetery. At Pauls request, his casket will be closed and calling hours will be held on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM at the Bryant Funeral Home, 180 Hillside Ave. Berlin, NH.
