Mr. Norman Labrecque, 83, of 513 Western Avenue, Berlin, NH passed away on Tuesday November 8, 2005 at the Androscoggin Valley Hospital in Berlin. He was born in Berlin on May 7, 1922 the son of Napoleon and Lora (Vien) Labrecque and was a lifelong resident of the area. He was a US Navy Veteran of World War II. He was employed as a Piper the Brown Company for 37 years, retiring in 1978. He was a member of St. Kieran Church, now known as Good Shepherd Parish, a Life Member of the White Mountain Post #2520 VFW in Berlin, NH, a Life Member of the Dupont-Holmes Post #82 American Legion in Gorham, NH and a Life Member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Berlin, NH. Members of the family include a nephew Paul Clark of Newington, NH and a niece Shirley Gailey of East Brookfield, MA. He was predeceased by his wife Dora (Holmes) Labrecque. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday November 10, 2005 at 11:00 AM at the Bryant Funeral Home, 180 Hillside Avenue, Berlin, NH. Interment will be in the New City Cemetery. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday afternoon and evening from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM.
