Michael C. Lapete

Michael C. Lapete, 67, of Gorham, passed away on Wednesday December 17, 2025 at the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center. He was born in Lancaster, NH on April 25, 1958 the son of the late Chester and Doris (Clay) Lapete and lived in Gorham since he was 10. He attended Gorham schools and the NH Community Technical College in Berlin, and had been employed by the local paper mill for over 30 years.

Family includes his siblings Stephen Lapete of Tamworth, NH, Paul Lapete of Berlin, NH, Mark Lapete of Gorham, NH, and Jocelyn Lapete of Greenfield, NH; nieces, nephews and cousins.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 9, 2026 at 1:15 PM at Bryant Funeral Home, 180 Hillside Ave, Berlin. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, January 8, 2026 from 6-8 PM. Interment will be in the Holy Family Cemetery in the spring.
