Mary C. Sullivan

Mrs. Mary C. Sullivan, 90, of 89 Hamlin Street, Berlin passed away on Friday September 22, 2006 at the St. Vincent de Paul Healthcare Center in Berlin, where she had been a resident for the past 1 years. She was born in Berlin, NH on April 2, 1916 the daughter of Kolinck and Haphia (Sychick) Chomack and lived in Berlin for most of her life. She had been employed by UNH Food Services Extension Program as a nutritionist aide. She was a member of the Gold Star Mothers. She loved to garden, growing flowers, reading and spending time with her grandchildren. She had a great love for all of her family and was a very generous person. Members of the family include her son Gerald Sullivan of Gorham, NH, her daughter Karen Sullivan of Berlin, NH and her son Brian Sullivan of Berlin, NH; grandchildren Bryan Lambert of Dummer, NH, Andrea Tupick of Berlin, NH, Olivia Sullivan of Berlin, NH; her great grandson Travis Houle of Berlin, NH and great granddaughter Patricia Lambert of Dummer, NH; sisters Eva Applegate of Manchester, NH, Louise Riff of Berlin, NH, Nina Johnson of Berlin, NH and Theresa Tiny Thomas of Berlin, NH and Claudia Nichols of Berlin, NH; 1 brother Alex Chomack of Berlin, NH; many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her parents, her husband John J. Sullivan, 1 daughter Patricia Lambert, 2 sons Terry Sullivan and Barry Sullivan, 1 sister Olga Applegate, and brothers John Chomack, Tony Chomack and Michael Chomack. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday September 26, 2006 at 11:00 AM at the Bryant Funeral Home, 180 Hillside Avenue, Berlin, NH. Interment will be in the Russian City Cemetery. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home on Monday afternoon and evening from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Vincent de Paul Healthcare Center Nursing Fund, Providence Avenue, Berlin, NH 03570 in her memory.
