Mrs. Marilyn A. (Lyons) Boucher, 73, formerly of 339 Cates Hill Rd., Berlin, NH passed away on Saturday evening May 20, 2006 at the Coos County Nursing Home in Berlin, after a long illness. She was born in Littleton, NH on March 7, 1933 the daughter of Benton and Clara (Peters) Lyons and was a graduate of Bethlehem High School. She worked for New England Tel & Tel , then moved to Berlin where she worked for Granite State Rubber Company, Brown Company and James River Corporation and lastly Richs Department Store. Mrs. Boucher was a member of St. Kieran Church, now known as Good Shepherd Parish. Members of the family include two sons Richard Mortenson of Dallas, TX and Greg Mortenson of Berlin, NH; two daughters Jett Gudz of Peru, NY and Joy MacDonald of Lovell, ME; eight grandchildren; two brothers Ben Sonny Lyons of Bethlehem, NH and Carroll Bud Lyons of Littleton, NH; aunts, uncles, many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her husband Frank Boucher, her parents Benton Lyons and Clara (Peters) Lyons, and by two sons Stephen Mortenson and Dean Mortenson. SERVICES: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday morning May 23, 2006 at 11:00 AM at St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish, 345 Pleasant Street, Berlin, NH. Interment will be in the St. Kieran Cemetery in Berlin. Relatives and friends may call at the Bryant Funeral Home, 180 Hillside Ave., Berlin, NH on Monday evening from 7 to 9 PM and on Tuesday morning from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM prior to the funeral mass. Anyone who wishes may make a donation in her memory to the Alzheimers Association, Vermont and New Hampshire Chapter, 10 Ferry Street, Suite 427B, Concord, NH 03301-5004.
