Lucille R. Bennett

Lucille Bennett, 95, of Berlin, passed away on Saturday, May 27, 2023 at the St. Vincent de Paul Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Berlin after a period of declining health. She was born in Berlin, NH on July 15, 1927 the daughter of the late George and Emma Treamer, and resided here all of her life. As a young lady she worked at Woolworth's, Converse and following their closure was employed by Jack Crisp and his wife Sherri and then she took other jobs cleaning for Dentist offices in the Berlin area. Lucille enjoyed crocheting and above all spending time with her grandchildren.

Members of her family include her daughter Clarice "Cleo" Dube and husband Richard of Berlin, NH; a son Thomas Bennett of Berlin; grandsons Gregory Dube and wife Jessica of Whitefield, NH and Jeffrey Dube and wife Catherine of Berlin; great-grandchildren Delaney, Albert, Joanna, Gabriel and Elizabeth; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband William "Bill" Bennett, her sister Elliott Labbe and her brothers Clarence, James, Clifford, Richard and Robert.

A Graveside Service will be held on Wednesday, June 28, 2023 at 10 AM at the Old City Cemetery, East Milan Road, Berlin. At Lucille's request, there will be no calling hours.
