Luc D. Hebert, 58, of Milan, NH, passed away on Wednesday February 3, 2021 after a sudden illness. He was born in Bromptonville, PQ, Canada on July 21, 1962 the son of Wilfrid C. and Denise I. (Gosselin) Hebert and moved to Berlin when he was 8 years old. He graduated from Berlin High School in 1981, where he enjoyed playing in the band CCM, and attended trade school and became a licensed NH Master Plumber. He worked for Gosselin Plumbing and Heating for several years before he became the owner of the company. Luc enjoyed music, playing the guitar and drums, singing and playing music with his family. He enjoyed sports and was a fan of the Canadian’s Hockey Team, the New England Patriots and NASCAR.
Luc loved to travel and enjoyed a yearly big trip, going with his family when possible. He was a fun person to be with and was the life of the party. His family was the most important thing to him. When his children were younger, he would make a skating rink in the backyard. He was also well known for making a snow tube luge in his yard, which was thoroughly enjoyed by his children and their friends. Luc also loved wildlife and being in nature.
Family includes his wife Denise (Roy) Hebert of Milan, NH; his children Marissa Hebert and husband Patrick Barendt of Philadelphia, PA and Craig Hebert and fiancé Krystal Bunnell of Milan, NH; his parents Wilfrid and Denise Hebert of West Milan, NH; his siblings Jocelyn Hebert and wife Kendra of Loudon, NH, Sylvie Whitcomb and husband John of Lee, NH and Nathalie Merrick and husband Paul of Gig Harbor, WA and his in-laws Jeanne and Victor Roy of Berlin, NH. Predeceased by a grandson, Samuel Luc Hebert.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday February 8, 2021 at 10 AM at St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish. Interment will be in the St. Anne Cemetery. There will be no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Marie Rivier Food Pantry, 151 Emery Street, Berlin, NH, 03570.
