Lorraine M. Frenette

Mrs. Lorraine M. Frenette, 88, of Berlin, passed away on May 9, 2024 at her home surrounded by family. She was born in Berlin, NH on March 27, 1936 the daughter of the late Antonio J. and Edna (Gauvin) Valliere. A graduate of Notre Dame High School Class of 1954, she married Lionel Frenette and together they raised 8 children. She was a talented baker and cook. She made bread, homemade donuts, date bars, candy, and more. She also enjoyed knitting, crocheting and quilting. Her positive outlook on life and her humor will be missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her children: Robert Frenette & wife Shirley of Berlin, Lillian Berryman & husband Ted of Danielsville, GA, Raymond Frenette & wife Collette of Madison, Lise Neal & husband James of Crawford, GA and Jon Frenette of Berlin; numerous beloved grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; her siblings: Dora Vien & husband Raymond of Berlin and Donald Valliere & wife Louise of Berlin. She was predeceased by her husband Lionel, her sons Richard (Ricky), Roland (Popen) and Donald, brothers Rev. Romeo, Richard (Dicky) and a sister Helen Fauteux.

A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, May 16, 2024 at 1pm at the Bryant Funeral Home, 180 Hillside Ave., Berlin. Interment will take place privately at the Mt. Calvary Cemetery at a later date.
