Lola A (Godin) Bourassa

Lola A. Bourassa, 81, of Berlin, died on Wednesday December 18, 2019 after years of failing health at St. Vincent de Paul Nursing Home. She was born in Berlin to Alec and Irene (Morin) Godin on June 11, 1938. She attended Angel Guardian Elementary School and Notre Dame High School. She married Florian Bourassa in 1958. Lola worked in the kitchen at St. Louis Hospital and later AVH. She was a devoted Catholic and never missed a Mass as long as her health allowed.



Lola is predeceased by her parents, her husband Florian, a brother Albert "Gus" Godin, and a niece Jessica Foote. She is survived by her sister Ann Kelly and her husband Gene of Berlin, sister-in-law Janet Godin of Gorham, her godson Tim Godin, several nieces and nephews, and grand-nieces and grand-nephews.



Visiting Hours will be Saturday December 21, 2019 from 9-9:45 at Fleury-Patry Funeral Home, 72 High St. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish, Berlin, NH. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
