Konstantinos A. Koxarakis

August 14, 1950 — June 11, 2023

Konstantinos "Kosta" Koxarakis, 72, of Lancaster, NH, passed away on Sunday, June 11, 2023 at Catholic Medical Center in Manchester, NH surrounded by his family. He was born in Skopi, Lasithi, Greece on August 14, 1950 the 5th of 6 children to the late Antonios and Despina (Kotsifaki) Koxarakis and grew up in a tight-knit family. He resided in Greece and served Greek Army as a young adult before coming to the United States in the 1970's to the Boston area. Eventually he moved to Lancaster, NH where for many years he owned and operated Lancaster House of Pizza.


Kosta was a loving father and husband and will always be remembered as being extremely funny, kind and generous. He was always happy and willing to help anyone if he was able. He was adored as his grandchildren's "Papou", and he in turn, adored them. In his younger years he loved hunting and fishing and could often be found gardening on his property in Whitefield in later years. He was very close to his niece and nephew and extended family in Greece whom he loved very much. He was always willing to lend a helping hand.


He is survived by his wife Jacqueline Koxarakis of Lancaster, NH; children: Christopher and wife Tricia of Dalton, NH, Andoni and fiance Alicia Lacaster, George of Berlin, NH and Josh of Washington; step-daughters Amy and boyfriend Brandon of Lancaster and Brittney and husband Robert of Lancaster; grandchildren: Kaden, Brody, Xavier, Azalia, Paisley, Cassandra, Kiara and Keaton; a great-granddaughter Sawyer; a sister Maria; brothers Giannis "John" and Mihalis "Mike"; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family. He was predeceased by his older brothers Emmanuel and George.


Funeral Services will be held Saturday, June 17, 2023 at 11am at Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church, 20 Petrograd Street, Berlin with interment following. The family will welcome relatives and friends from 10-11am at the church, prior to the service. Arrangements are in the care of the Bryant Funeral Homes, Berlin and Gorham.
