Kenneth M. Cloutier, 66, of Berlin, passed away on Saturday September 12, 2026 at his home, after a period of failing health. He was born in Berlin on November 22, 1959 the son of Joseph and Karen (Murphy) Cloutier and was a lifelong resident. He was educated in Berlin Schools and attended I.T.T. Technical Institute in Massachusetts. He had worked, with his uncles, in the Seabrook, NH Nuclear Power Plant in the Electrical Department. He also enjoyed working on old cars with his Uncle Joe. He had also worked as a carpenter for many years for Couture Construction and Phil Chabot Carpentry along with his brother, Curtis. He enjoyed his great nieces and great nephews. Kenneth loved camping, the outdoors and being connected to his family.

Family includes his siblings Colleen Leveille of Berlin, NH, Curtis Cloutier of Berlin, NH, Pamela Phaneuf of Claremont, NH and Holly Pacquette and husband Steven of Berlin, NH; aunts, uncles and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his parents Joseph and Karen (Murphy) Cloutier, his brother Scott Cloutier and his step-father Roland Boutin.

Memorial Services will be held on Monday September 21, 2026 at 11 AM at the Bryant Funeral Home, 180 Hillside Ave, Berlin.
