Judy-Marie E. Buteau

Judy-Marie E. Buteau, 66, of Berlin, passed away peacefully at her home on June 15, 2023. She was born in Berlin on March 11, 1957 the daughter of the late Henry G. and Elizabeth J. (Devost) Delisle and was a lifelong resident. She married her childhood sweetheart, Bob, at the age of 16 and they created a beautiful family together. She graduated from Berlin High School and obtained her Bachelors Degree from Springfield College and her Masters Degree from the University of New England. She was self-employed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and had previously been employed by Northern Human Services. She was a member of the National Association of Social Workers. Judy mentored many people and was loved by her clients and her colleagues. She took pride in helping children and families. Her favorite title was Grammy, as spoken by her grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by her beloved cat Baby.

Family includes her children Stephanie Hogan and husband Scott of Berlin, NH and Matthew Buteau and wife Jennifer of Berlin, NH, and adopted-daughter Chrissy Grant of Gorham, NH; grandchildren Bryan Hogan, Rebecca Hogan, Eric Hogan, Madisyn Buteau, Olivia Boucher, Travis Lemieux, Cole Buteau, Cullen Buteau and Emily Parent; great grandchildren Kya Hogan, Killian Hogan and Lincoln Lemieux; siblings Diane Delisle of Concord, NH, Michael Delisle of Lempster, NH, Mary Therriault of Dover, NH and Jennifer Morse of Dover, NH; an aunt; nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her husband Robert.
