Joyce H. Sanschagrin

Joyce (Labbe) Sanschagrin, 78, of Berlin, NH passed away on Friday May 5, 2023 at the Androscoggin Valley Hospital in Berlin. She was born in Berlin, NH on Feb. 16, 1945 the daughter of Philip and Germaine (Dutil) Labbe and has lived in Berlin for most of her life. She was a graduate of Kennett High School. Joyce enjoyed fishing, bingo, the television show Bonanza, and being with her family, most especially time spent with her granddaughter.

Members of the family include her sons Scott Sanschagrin of Berlin, NH and Jay Sanschagrin and his wife Melinda of Center Barnstead, NH; a granddaughter Emily Sanschagrin of Center Barnstead, NH; three brothers Roger Labbe and his wife Jane of Intervale, NH, Lawrence Labbe and his wife Janet of Green Valley, AZ, and Gerald Labbe of Conway, NH; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Richard Sanschagrin on May 5, 2022.

SERVICES: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday May 11, 2023 at 1:00 PM at St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish, Berlin, NH. There will be no calling hours. Interment will follow the mass at St. Kieran Cemetery. Those who wish may write a fond memory of Joyce or bring a card or a photo to the cemetery to be interred with her. Following the committal service at the cemetery, a reception will be held. Anyone who wishes may make a donation in her memory to the American Lung Association.
