Jeannette D. Roy

Jeannette D. (Francoeur) Roy, 89, of Berlin, NH, passed away on Friday June 9, 2023 at the Barron Center in Portland, ME. She was born in Berlin on June 2, 1934 the daughter of Ovila and Bertha (Theriault) Francoeur and was a lifelong resident. She had been employed as a seamstress for many years and was a member of Good Shepherd Parish.

Family includes her children Kirk Roy and wife Susan of Berlin, NH, Todd Roy and wife Wendy of Nashua, NH and Sheila Dorval and husband Jerry of Maine; 6 grandchildren; siblings Theresa Steffen of Goffstown, NH, Paulette LaFrance and husband Bob of Berlin, NH, Roland Francoeur and wife Lorraine of Berlin, NH and Raymond Francoeur and wife Helene of Berlin, NH; nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her siblings Richard Francoeur, Doris Arguin and Rita Cote.  She was predeceased by her loving husband, George Roy. 

Per Jeannette’s request, there will be no services. Interment will be in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Donations in her memory may be made to the Lancaster Humane Society, 62 Meadow Pond Rd., Lancaster, NH, 03584. The Bryant Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
