Henry G. Boucher

Henry G. Boucher, 81, of Countryside Ave in Berlin, NH, peacefully passed away on Tuesday May 2, 2023 at Mineral Springs Nursing Home in North Conway, NH, with his loving wife and family by his side. He was very fortunate to receive the loving and compassionate care from the staff at Mineral Springs.

Henry was born in Berlin on January 11, 1942 the son of the late Herman and Alice Boucher, and was a lifelong resident. He graduated from Notre Dame High School and was a firefighter for the City of Berlin for 25 years. He also owned and operated Boucher Fire Extinguishers and Specialty Badges for over 20 years. Henry was a member of Good Shepherd Parish and was involved with many local groups, including the Berlin Kiwanis Club, and Knights of Columbus (4th Degree). After his retirement, he donated much of his time cooking meals for fundraisers supporting Androscoggin Valley Hospital.

Henry is survived by his wife, Aline (Boulanger) Boucher; his children, Mark Boucher and wife Penny of Exeter, NH, Kenneth Boucher and wife Susan of Antrim, NH, and Danny Boucher and partner Lynn Dube of Berlin, NH; grandchildren Ryan Seymour of Bow, NH, Nicholas Goulet of Manchester, NH, Brian and Katie Boucher of Pennsylvania, Stephanie and David Mendosa of Stoddard, NH, Andrea Boucher and partner Mark Harran of Waterford, VT, Jesse and Taylor Coulombe of Berlin, NH, Brad and Gabriella Boucher of Tucson, AZ, and Jake Boucher of Antrim, NH; great-grandchildren Rosalyn Boucher, Allie Mendosa, Max Mendosa, and Hudson Coulombe; brother Louis Boucher of W. Stewartstown, NH, sister-in-law Louise Boucher of N. Java, NY; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. And, let’s not forget the girls, Missy and Molly!

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday May 16, 2023 at 10AM at St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish. Interment will be in the St. Kieran Cemetery. Relatives and friends may call the Bryant Funeral Home, 180 Hillside Ave., Berlin on Monday May 15, 2023 from 1-3PM and 6-8PM.
