Mr. Gerard Butch LePage, of 10 Williamson Ave., Berlin, NH passed away on Sunday February 15 2009 at the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, where he had been a patient for over 2 months. Butch was born in Cascade Flats-Gorham, NH on January 14, 1935 the son of Joseph and Margaret (Chasse) LePage. He attended local schools and was a lifelong resident of the area. He served 4 years in the U.S. Navy. He had been employed by Brown Company Railroad and James River Railroad as a conductor until his retirement in 1997. Butch was a Life Member and past Commander of the VFW Post #2520 in Berlin, a member of the American Legion Post #82 in Gorham, and a member of the Eagles. Butch leaves behind his long time companion and best friend of 39 years Della Regan of Berlin; her daughter Donna OLeary and husband Steve of Oviedo, FL; brothers Roland LePage and wife Nina of Concord, NH, Lionel LePage of Gorham, NH and Bradenton, FL, Lucien LePage of Unionville, CT, Raymond LePage and wife Ann of East Concord, NH and Bradenton, FL; sisters Rita Labbe and companion Elton Frazier of Viste, CA and Jeannine Sampson and husband Milton of Port Charlotte, FL; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents and his brother, Robert. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. There will be no calling hours. The Bryant Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
