Geraldine R. Madore

Mrs. Geraldine R. Madore, 75, of Berlin passed away on Friday June 6, 2008 at the Coos County Nursing Home in Berlin. She was born in Berlin, NH on March 14, 1933 the daughter of George Harold and Geneva (Hart) Beroney. Mrs. Madore lived in West Milan until her marriage to Michael Madore, then lived in Connecticut, Massachusetts, California and Vermont returning to live in Stark, NH in the 1970s and resided there until she moved to Berlin in 1998. She enjoyed crocheting and knitting. Members of her family include five daughters Linda Covell of Lancaster, Janet Madore of Berlin, RosaLee Morneau of Berlin, Michaela Morneau of Milan, and Barbara Hawkins of Berlin, NH; one son Michael Madore of Virginia Beach, VA; twelve grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; two brothers George Beroney of Berlin and Richard Beroney of Concord; one sister Shirley Amero of West Milan; one aunt; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her husband Michael L. Madore, her parents, a brother Walter Beroney and a sister Gloria Beroney. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday morning, June 10, 2008 at 11:00 AM at the Bryant Funeral Home, 180 Hillside Avenue in Berlin. Interment will be in the Riverside Cemetery in West Milan. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home on Monday afternoon and evening from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. Memorial donations in her memory may be made to the charity of ones choice.
