Georgette P. Baker, a lifelong resident of Berlin until 2012, passed away, Sunday, January 27, 2019 peacefully at Ten Broeck Center in NY. She was 89 years old.



Georgette was born in Berlin, NH, on August 23, 1929, the daughter of the late Albert and Yvette (Cusson) Arsenault. She attended local Catholic schools and graduated from Notre Dame High School. She married Roland Baker in 1953, and together they raised a son and a daughter. In her younger years, she worked at Brown Company as a typist and secretary.



She will be deeply missed by her family and friends. Her greatest love was her family, and she was a very loving, caring, and devoted mother and grandmother.



She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Roland, and a brother Raymond Arsenault.



She leaves behind her son, Denis Baker and wife Barbara of Weld, ME, a daughter Monique Davidson and husband John of Port Ewen, NY; and grandchildren Matthew and Alyssa Davidson. She is also survived by two nieces and one nephew.



Friends and relatives may call on the family on Friday, February 1st from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm at the Fleury-Patry Funeral Home, 72 High Street in Berlin.



A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, February 1st at 1:00pm at St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish, Berlin, NH. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
