George C. St. Amant

George C. St. Amant, 94, of Berlin, passed away on Sunday November 30, 2025 at his home. He was born in Berlin on December 22, 1930 the son of Ralph and Alice (Thibault) St. Amant and was a lifelong resident. He was a US Army Veteran of the Korean War and had been employed by Brown Company and James River in the Towel Room.

Family includes his children Geroge R. St. Amant of Nashua, NH, Andre St. Amant of Stockton, NJ, Pierre St. Amant of Berlin, NH, Lise St. Amant of NY and Monique Korba of Bennington, VT; 5 grandchildren; great grandchildren; nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his wife Claire Rivard on November 19, 2025 and siblings Simone Oldroyd, Leila Morrissette, Rita Pelchat, Pauline Maclaren and Roger St. Amant.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday December 5, 2025 at 10 AM at St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish. Interment will be in the St. Kieran Cemetery.
