Francis T. Morin, Jr.

Francis T. "Pidge" Morin, Jr., of Berlin, passed away on Sunday, August 31, 2025 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born in Hartford, CT the son of the late Francis T. Sr. and Helen A. (Majeski) Morin. "Pidge" grew up in the Windsor Lockes area, graduating from Windsor High School and went into United States Air Force attaining the rank of Sergeant. He returned to Connecticut and began his career at Dexter Paper until 1985, when he moved to Lyman, NH. For a brief time, he resided in Littleton before moving to Berlin in 1996. Pidge was an avid hunter, fisherman, ATVing as a member and Past President of the Androscoggin Valley ATV Club. He enjoyed watching TV, especially shows like Bay Watch and Magnum P.I.

He is survived by his children: Paul Morin and partner Joanne Presley of Littleton and Carl Morin and wife Amy of Groveton; step-children: Jason Marcuse of Denmark, Don Malasky of St. Johnsbury, VT, Tom Malasky of St. Johnsbury, VT, Kristine McDade of Maidstone, VT, Janet McDade of Berlin, NH and Jim McDade of Manchester, NH; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; brothers: Edward Morin and wife Lisa of Somers, CT and Anthony Morin and partner Debbie of Windsor, CT; many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his first wife Shirley M. (Hollis) Morin, his second wife Charlotte (McDade) Morin, a brother William F. Morin and a sister Cecile Bigos.

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Heidi St. Cyr and Christine Letarte, for all their help and support through this difficult time. Their kindness will always be remembered.

Pidge will be interred privately at the convenience of his family at the St. Rose of Lima Cemetery in Littleton.
