Elizabeth A. Cartisano

Elizabeth Ann Cartisano, 86, residing at the Coos County Nursing Home, died June 10, 2023, at the Androscoggin Valley Hospital.

Elizabeth spent much of her life helping others as an operating room technician working at Easton Hospital in Easton, Pennsylvania. In later years she worked as a bookkeeper and then as a food purveyor. In retirement, Elizabeth was most proud of her volunteer efforts serving as a Eucharistic Minister at Orange Regional Medical Center in Middletown, New York.

Elizabeth is survived by her three children, Mark Cartisano and his wife Susan, Kathryn Lawson and her husband Jeffery, and Joseph Cartisano and his wife Lisa. Additionally, Elizabeth is survived by 8 grandchildren, Vanessa and her husband Bart, Peter and his wife Jessica, Mario, Teodora and her husband Will, Carmen, Ian, Michael and Faith. And by one great-grandchild, Madison. Elizabeth is preceded in death by her beloved husband Carmen.

A Catholic burial service is planned for October 28, 2023, at Infant Savior Church in Pine Bush New York. Interment to follow at Assumption Cemetery in Peekskill, New York.
