Doris A. Wagner

Doris A. Wagner, 85, of Berlin, passed away on Tuesday June 20, 2023 at the Androscoggin Valley Hospital. She was born in Berlin on July 7, 1937 the daughter of the late Paul and Bella (Rocheleau) King and lived most of her life in Berlin. She had been employed at the Mt. Washington Hotel and Storybook Inn in Glen, NH. Doris enjoyed coloring, playing cards and bingo, and babysat children. She enjoyed cooking and was well known by her and nieces and nephews for her “Doris burgers.” She enjoyed spending time with people and had an ability to have a conversation with anyone. Doris was always cheerful and kind.

Family includes her husband Chester Wagner of Berlin, NH; son Thomas Bergeron and wife Daniella of Keene, NH; grandsons Nathan and Noah; nieces, nephews and cousins including a special niece Liza Perry of Berlin. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her siblings Jean Venturo, Fern Cibula, George Roy, Norman King and Hubert King.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, June 29, 2023 at 1pm at the Bryant Funeral Home, 180 Hillside Ave, Berlin. There will be no calling hours. Interment will be in the Russian City Cemetery. Online guestbook at www.bryantfuneralhome.net.
