Daniel Horan

Daniel F. Horan, 80, of 144 Hillside Avenue, Berlin passed away on Thursday May 12, 2005 at Weeks Medical Center in Lancaster, NH. He was born in the Province of Quebec, Canada on November 30, 1924 the son of Daniel J. And Clara (Beehner) Horan and was a lifelong resident of Berlin. He was employed by Public Service Company of NH as a Line Supervisor and retired in 1986. He was a member of St. Kieran Church, now known as Good Shepherd Parish and a member of the VFW Post #2520 in Berlin. He was a US Navy Veteran of World War II. Members of the family include his wife Therese (Blais) Horan of Berlin; 1 son Charles Horan and wife Rachel of Berlin; 2 daughters Catherine Johnson and husband Stephen of Danvers, MA and Carol Logan and husband John of Southborough, MA; 7 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother Gerald Horan in 2004. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday May 16, 2005 at 11:00 AM at St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish. Interment will be in the St. Kieran Cemetery. Relatives and friends may call at the Bryant Funeral Home, 180 Hillside Avenue, Berlin on Sunday evening from 4 to 8 PM.
