Christopher M. George

Christopher M. George, 65, of Berlin, passed away at the Coos County Nursing Home on November 24, 2025. Born in Rockland, ME on October 11, 1960, he was the son of the late Fred and Dale (Messer) George. Before his retirement, Christopher worked as a cook in several local restaurants throughout Maine. Earlier in his life, he was self-employed as a truck driver. He enjoyed cooking, spending time outdoors, building and fixing things, and tending to his garden.

Christopher is survived by his sisters, Rhonda Stitt and her husband Gary of Randolph, NH, and Anita George and her partner Faye Welsh of Auburn, ME; his brother Gregory George and his wife Julie of Windham, NH; his aunt, Tobey Lee and her husband John Lovett of Brunswick, ME; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brothers, Mark and David George.
