Annette Dennebaum, 77, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Sunday, January 24, 2026, after a period of declining health.
Born and raised on a farm in Minnesota as the oldest of five children, Annette carried the strength, resilience, and grounded spirit of her roots throughout her life. She was, at her core, a farm girl—hardworking, humble, and deeply connected to the simple joys of life.
Annette was truly the heart of her family—a remarkable woman whose love, wisdom, and unwavering support shaped all who knew her. Her kindness knew no bounds, her laughter brought comfort and light, and her presence had a way of making every moment feel warmer and more meaningful. She found joy in life’s simplest pleasures: tending to her garden, taking in the beauty of the outdoors, and, most of all, spending cherished time with her family and friends.
Her life was a testament to grace, quiet strength, and unconditional love. Through the traditions she created the lessons she shared, and the deep care she gave so freely, Annette built a legacy that will continue to live on in the hearts of those she touched.
Annette is survived by her beloved husband of 43 years, Gene Dennebaum of Gorham, NH; her daughter, Dawn Barker and husband Donald of Farmington, NH; her son, Todd Bickford and wife Amy of Campton, NH; her stepson, Christopher Dennebaum and wife Kelli of San Carlos, CA; and Matthew Dennebaum and wife Liz of Westport, CT. She also leaves behind eight cherished grandchildren—Lauren, Rachel, Odin, Erek, Soleil, Eliza, Harper, and Jasper—as well as her four siblings, Yvonne, Valeria, Jens, and David.
A Celebration of Life honoring Annette will be held on May 9, 2026, from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the White Mountain Chalet. Family and friends are warmly invited to attend. Please RSVP to Dawn at db971269@gmail.com by April 20, 2026 so we may plan accordingly. Arrangements are entrusted to the Bryant Funeral Home of Berlin. Online guestbook at www.bryantfuneralhome.net
