Ann R. Bisson

Ann R. Bisson, 62, of Berlin, passed away on Saturday December 16, 2023 at Maine Medical Center in Portland, ME. She was born in Lancaster on October 2, 1961 the daughter of the late Roland L. and Jeanne R. (Bernier) Lavertue and was raised in Berlin. She graduated from Berlin High School with the Class of 1979 and had been employed at Car Freshener prior to being employed at AVH for many years. Ann enjoyed hunting and fishing with her husband, Steve, and also enjoyed the beach, camping, shopping and trips to Florida.

Family includes her brothers Mike Lavertue and wife Lise of Berlin, NH and Pete Lavertue and Nancy Oleson of Glen, NH; niece Amy (Lavertue) Ray and family of Turner, ME; nephew Jim Lavertue and family of Berlin, NH; uncle Dan Bernier of Cincinnati, OH; cousins and many friends, including 2 special friends Lisa and Leona. She was predeceased by her husband Steven D. Bisson who died on October 29, 2015.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday December 20, 2023 at 1 PM at St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish. Interment will be in the St. Kieran Cemetery. Relatives and friends may call at the Bryant Funeral Home on Wednesday December 20 from 10:30 to 12:30, prior to the Mass.
