Anita L. Remillard

Anita L. (Lavoie) Remillard, 80, of Berlin, passed away on Thursday January 15, 2015 at the Androscoggin Valley Hospital. She was born in Berlin on March 25, 1934 the daughter of the late Lucien and Margaret (McLain) Lavoie and was a lifelong resident. She graduated from Berlin High in 1952 and was a member of Good Shepherd Parish. Anita had been employed by A.V. Home Care Services and loved to do crafts and knit. Family includes her children Lorene Boutot of Waterville, ME, Maureen Chevarie of Berlin, NH, Roberta Remillard of Milan, NH, Paul Remillard of Berlin, NH, Gary Remillard of Berlin, NH and Jeffrey Remillard of Loudon, NH, NH; 10 grandchildren 6 great grandchildren; brothers, John Lavoie of Coventry, CT and Robert Lavoie of Newington, CT; many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her husband Robert W. Remillard, a sister Madeleine Lafferty and two brothers, Lawrence Lavoie and Norman Lavoie. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday January 19, 2015 at 11 AM at St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish. Interment will be held at a later date in the St. Anne Cemetery. Relatives and friends may call at the Bryant Funeral Home, 180 Hillside Ave., Berlin on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Good Shepherd Parish.
