Yvonne Marie Morrissette

Berlin, NH Yvonne Marie (Routhier) Morrissette, 96, of Cedar Street, passed away on Tuesday, September 08, 2015 at Coos Country Nursing Home where she had been a resident for the past three weeks.

She was born in Berlin, NH on January 19, 1919 and was the daughter of Adelard and Laetitia (Bisson) Routhier.

On June 10, 1940 she married Clement Morrissette.

Yvonne was a lifetime communicant of St Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish. She was an avid knitter for St Vincent de Paul store. She was also a dedicated volunteer for the Senior Meals program for ten years. She and Clement enjoyed over 28 years of wintering in Florida. After her husband past she still enjoyed wintering in Florida with her niece Helene Dumais. She was a loving and generous aunt and had a great love for her family.

Besides her parents she is predeceased by her husband Clement in 2008 and her siblings; Leopold Routhier, Antoinette Routhier and Lucienne Dumais.

She leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish on Monday, September 14th at 10:00am with Interment to follow at St Kieran Cemetery, Berlin, NH. Friends and relatives may call on the family prior to the Mass from 8:30am to 9:30am at Fleury-Patry Funeral Home, 72 High Street, Berlin, NH.
