Mrs. Yolande (Goupil) Bilodeau, 79, of Berlin, NH passed away on Saturday January 20, 2007 in Las Vegas, Nevada. She was born in Berlin, NH on July 10, 1927 the daughter of Adelard and Germaine (DeSeve) Goupil and was a lifelong resident. She was a graduate of Notre Dame High School with the class of 1946. Prior to her retirement, Mrs. Bilodeau was employed as a house keeper in the rectory of St. Kieran Church and retired in 1965. She was a member of St. Kieran Church, now known as Good Shepherd Parish and a member of the White Mountain Post #2520 VFW Auxiliary. Anyone who knew Yolande knew she loved her family more than life itself. She spent her whole life committed to her family. Yolande loved to crochet, knit, cook, play cards and lived life to the fullest. We have chosen to have her funeral on Valentines Day because her heart was the biggest and most giving one, which has touched all who have known her. She leaves many people who loved, respected and honored her life. She will be sadly missed. Our mother wrote us a letter before her death which we would like to share: Dearest Children, Remember me with laughter and smiles, because thats the way Ill remember you all. But if you only remember me with tears, then dont remember me at all. With Love, Mom. She is survived by her loving children Belinda Beaulieu and her husband Ludger of Milan, Denise Hachez of Las Vegas, Nevada, Jane Vaillancourt and her husband Robert of Milan and Rachel Bisson and her husband Steve of Las Vegas, Nevada; two sons Richard Bilodeau and his wife Joanne of Manchester, NH and Henry Bilodeau and his wife Maryse of Manchester, NH; fourteen grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; three brothers Roger Goupil and his wife Colleen of Gorham, Leopold Goupil of Berlin and Richard Goupil and his wife Noella of Gorham; a sister Fleurette Ryan of Berlin; nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by he husband Henry Bilodeau on February 8, 1962. SERVICES: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday February 14, 2007 at 11:00 AM at St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish. Interment will follow in the Holy Family Cemetery in Gorham. Relatives and friends may call at the Bryant Funeral Home, 180 Hillside Avenue, Berlin, NH on Tuesday February 13, 2007 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM. Donations in her memory may be made to the American Diabetes Association or the American Heart Association.
