Valerie J. Hollinrake

Valerie J. Hollinrake, 55, of Gorham, passed away Tuesday July 17, 2018 at the Catholic Medical Center in Manchester, NH surrounded by her family. Valerie was born on October 3, 1962 in Methuen, MA the daughter of Leslie and Joyce (Colpitts) Hollinrake. She was raised in the Plaistow, NH area, and lived in several places throughout the state before settling in Gorham 10 years ago. Valerie loved the outdoors, nature, animals (both domestic and wild) and listening to music. She loved anything to do with outdoors, from yardwork to riding motorcycles and four wheelers. Members of the family include her partner Nancy Bisson of Gorham; children Katharine Bisson of Dover, Robert Bisson of Gorham, Emily Bisson of Dover, Mary Bisson of Rochester and Dustin Smithurst; sisters Debra Hollinrake & husband Joseph Cerna of Milford, PA and Alison Golas & husband Bob of Danville, NH; brothers James Hollinrake & wife Evelyn of Elkhart, Ind. and Tyler Hollinrake of Northwood, NH; and three grandchildren, three nieces and four nephews. Services will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, those who wish may make a donation in Valeries memory to the Conway Area Humane Society, PO Box 260, Conway, NH 03818. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Bryant Funeral Homes, Berlin and Gorham, NH.
