Thomas F. Connolly

Mr. Thomas F. Connolly, 50, of 13 Spring Street, Groveton, NH passed away on Tuesday September 7, 2010 at the Weeks Medical Center in Lancaster, NH. He was born in Dorchester, MA on September 8, 1959 the son of William J. Connolly Sr. and Dorothy A. (Pitman) Connolly and was raised and educated in North Quincy. He moved to Stark, NH where he built his home, and lived in Milan and Gorham before moving to Groveton a year ago. He had been employed as a janitor in the Groveton School system and was currently employed at the Balsams Grand Resort in Dixville Notch. Thomas loved spending time with his sons and granddaughters, loved nature, taking photographs, biking, playing scrabble, swimming, fishing, Star Trek and gardening with his wife. Members of the family include his wife Sarah J. (Lowe) Connolly of Groveton, NH; a son Steven Thomas Connolly of Groveton, NH; 1 stepson Kenneth L. Hanson of Berlin, NH; 1 brother William Connolly Jr. of Palmer, MA; 2 granddaughters Kairi and Zoe Hanson; nieces, nephews, cousins and in-laws. He was predeceased by his parents and a brother, Paul. SERVICES: Memorial Service will be held at St. Paul Lutheran Church, corner of Norway and Seventh Streets, Berlin, NH on Tuesday afternoon Sept. 14, 2010 at 2:00 PM. There will be no calling hours. Arrangements are by the Bryant Funeral Home, Berlin, NH.
