Therese P. Dupont, a longtime resident of Western Avenue passed away, in the early afternoon hours of Wednesday, June 20, 2012 at St. Vincent de Paul Nursing Home. She was 82 years of age. For the past 6 years, she had resided at St. Vincent de Paul Nursing Home in Berlin.

Therese was born in Berlin, NH, on January 31, 1930 a daughter of the late Albert and Mathilda (Lemieux) Arsenault. She attended Berlin Schools.

On November 21, 1959 she married Rosaire Dupont and together they raised two sons and a daughter. She was a communicant of the St. Joseph Church in Berlin now known as St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish in Berlin. She was employed as a housekeeper at St. Louis Hospital in Berlin.

She will be deeply missed by her family and friends. Her greatest love was her family and spending time with them. She was a very loving, caring and devoted, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Her hobbies included Bingo, riding around, and baking cookies with her friends at St. Vincent de Paul. Ice Cream was her favorite treat.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Rosaire, and a brother Albert Arsenault.

She is survived by two sons: Armand Dupont & his wife Shirley and Andre Dupont and his wife Nancy and a daughter Bernadette Guay and her husband Ronald all of Berlin; three brothers: Raymond Arsenault of Winsor Locks CT, Laurent Arsenault of Ohio, and George Arsenault of Berlin; a sister Pauline Gauthier of Arizona. She is also leaves six grandchildren: Amanda, Andrea, Matthew, and Ian Dupont, Pat Petrie, and Tarena Marquis. 6 Great-Grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 2pm Monday, June 25 at St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish in Berlin. Rev Mark Dollard will officiate. Burial will follow at the St Kieran Cemetery in Berlin, NH.

Calling hours will be held from 1:00pm to 4:00pm on Sunday, June 24 and from 12:30-1:30pm on Monday June 25 (prior to the mass) at Fleury-Patry Funeral Home, 72 High Street, Berlin, NH.
