Shirley Delisle

Shirley A Gillingham Delisle passed away on Oct. 15, 2010. She was born in Berlin on Sept.7, 1936, the oldest child of Ralph B. and Pearl A (Holmes) Gillingham. She attended Bartlett School and graduated from Berlin High School in 1954. Shirley is survived by her sister, Pat Barton of Dover and Pats children, Cathy and Kim Barton also of Dover and Robert Barton, Jr and Michele of Myrtle Beach; her sister-in-law, Linda Gillingham of Gorham and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brothers, Herbert R. Gillingham of Berlin, James J. Gillingham of Manchester, and her beloved Aunt, Mildred C. Holmes of Berlin. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday October 23, 2010 at 11:30 AM at the Bryant Funeral Home, 180 Hillside Ave., Berlin, NH. There will be no calling hours. Interment will be in the New City Cemetery in Berlin, NH. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Shirleys favorite charity, Davids House, 461 Mt. Support Road, Lebanon, NH 03766 or to a charity of ones choice.
