Scott A. Cote

Scott A. Cote, 49, of Tampa, FL, passed away unexpectedly on March 21, 2018 in the Tampa Hospital in Tampa, FL. He was born in Hartford, CT on June 29, 1968 the son of the late Richard R. and June (Allard) Cote and was raised in Glastonbury, CT and has resided in Lutz, FL for the past 12 years. He had also lived in Virginia for a time. Scott had been employed as a Policy Writer for Immigration Law for the Department of Labor and was a Life Member of the N.R.A. He was a fan of the Red Sox and the Cowboys. He is survived by his wife Amy (Laflamme) Cote of Berlin, NH; his brother Mark Cote and his wife Megan and nephews Parker and Carson Cote all of Kenosha, WI; aunts Jo Ann Plaszweski of Hebron, CT and Bernie Rugar of CT. Other family members include his mother in law Judi Johnson, father in law Richard Laflamme and his wife Debbie, sisters in law Bridget, Jessalynn and Lindsay Laflamme; his brothers in law Jason, Christopher and Derek Laflamme and his beloved dog Pedey. He was predeceased by his parents and grandparents. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday April 5, 2018 at 1 PM at the Bryant Funeral Home, 180 Hillside Ave., Berlin. There will be no calling hours.
