Ronald Donato

Ronald Donato, 68, of Gorham, passed away on Thursday June 14, 2018 at his home. He was born in Berlin on November 14, 1949 the son of the late John and Noella (Fortin) Donato and was a lifelong resident of the area. He was a Veteran of the US Army and had been employed for 32 years at Cascade Mill and was also employed in the maintenance department at Nestlenook in Jackson and Northern Lights. He was also working at Santas Village as a ride attendant and working at Attitash during the winter. Ronald was a pilot and enjoyed flying, woodworking, riding his motorcycle, gardening and flowers. Family includes his wife Elaine Donato of Gorham; his children Vincent Donato and companion Samantha Webster of Gorham, Gina Alger and husband Alan of Berlin and Dean Donato of Milaca, MN and grandchildren Blake Donato and Mia Couture. He was predeceased by brothers Billy, Scott and Michael. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday June 19, 2018 at 1 PM at the Bryant Funeral Home, 1 Promenade St., Gorham. Interment will be at a later date. Relatives and friends may call at the Bryant Funeral Home from 10:30 to 1 PM, prior to the service.
