Rita B Arsenault

Berlin, NH

Rita B. Arsenault, 74, formerly of First Street and presently of Third Avenue passed away at home on Tuesday, April 2, 2013 surrounded by family.

Rita was born in Berlin, June 13, 1938, a daughter of the late Omer and Juliette (Gagnon) Roberge.

She attended Guardian Angel School in Berlin.

On January 12, 1957, she married Normand Arsenault and together they raised five sons and a daughter.

She worked for Berlin High School in Food Services.

She was a member of the Guardian Angel Parish now known as St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish.

She will be deeply missed by her family and friends. Her greatest love was her family, she was a very loving, caring and devoted, mother. In earlier years, she enjoyed rollerskating. She also enjoyed visiting the elderly in area nursing homes and spending time with family and friends.

She is survived by her husband, Normand of 56 years. Five sons, Richard Arsenault and his wife Amy of Anchorage, Alaska, Robert Arsenault and his wife Ann of Rochester, NH, Roland Arsenault and his wife Lynda of Berlin, Ronald Arsenault and his wife Jacqueline of Stafford, VA, Steven Arsenault and his fiancAC.e Vicke Campbell of Berlin and a daughter Diane Fortier of Berlin. She also leaves two brothers, Leo Roberge and his wife Susan and Donald Roberge and his wife Freda of Berlin and six sisters Sr. Cecile Roberge PM of Manchester, NH, Jeanne Roberge PM of Massachusetts, NH, Pauline McGee of Berlin, Lillianne Rivard and her husband Roland of Berlin, Louise Roy and her husband Maurice of Gorham, NH and Lucille King and her husband Raymond of Gorham, NH. She also leaves 18 grandchildren, 3 great- grandchildren, cousins and several nieces and nephews

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Denis Roberge

Friends and relatives may call on the family on Friday, April 5, 2013 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at the Fleury-Patry Funeral Home, 72 High Street, Berlin.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10am Saturday, April 6, 2013 at St Anne's Church of Good Shepherd Parish. Burial will follow at St. Anne Cemetery in Berlin, NH
