Raymond R. Pelchat

Mr. Raymond R. Pelchat, 67, of Berlin, NH passed away at his home. He was born in Errol, NH on March 18, 1943 the son of Rene R. and Edna (Bernier) Pelchat and was a lifelong resident of the North Country. He grew up in Errol, NH and later moved to Berlin and had resided for a time in Groveton and Madison, NH before returning to Berlin. He was a US Army Veteran. Prior to his retirement, he was a self employed logger, which he loved. Raymond was a loving father, a member of the N.R.A. and supported the State Troopers Association. He is survived by his children Tammy Beland of Bristol, CT, Lisa Pelchat of Oregon, Rene Couture of Concord, NH, Angeline Hawkins and Raeline Couture, both of Berlin, NH, Renee Pelchat of Manchester, NH, Brandon Couture of Berlin, NH, Samuel Pelchat of Greenville, NH, Amandra Pelletier of Nashua, NH and Lori Pelchat; many grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; a sister Jeannette Lizotte of Berlin, NH; a brother Arthur Pelchat of Jefferson, NH; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his parents, his oldest sister Theresa Barber and his oldest brother Richard Pelchat. Services will be held at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours. Arrangements are by the Bryant Funeral Home, Berlin, NH. Donations in his memory may be made to the family to assist with funeral expenses.
