Phyllis M. Crane

Phyllis M. Crane, 88, of Gorham, NH, passed away on Thursday September 18, 2014 at the St. Vincent de Paul Rehab and Nursing Center. She was born in Berlin on November 8, 1925 the daughter of the late Leo and Beatrice (Simpson) Gendron and was raised in Berlin. She moved to Mississippi and resided there for 47 years. She then resided in Florida for 14 years before moving to Gorham in 2008. She had been employed as a secretary for Addkison Hardware for 29 years and enjoyed crocheting and crossword puzzles. Family includes her sister Maxine Dube of Gorham, NH; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her first husband Woodrow Burnham in 1970, her second husband Thomas Crane in 1986, sisters Evelyn Couture and Pauline Gallant and a brother Robert Gendron. Private Graveside Services will be held at the Willis Cemetery in Dummer, NH. There will be no calling hours. Donations in her memory may be made to the American Cancer Society. The Bryant Funeral Home, Gorham, NH is in charge of the arrangements.
