Paula V. Tassis

Paula V. Tassis, 70, of Berlin, passed away on Friday September 28, 2018 at the Androscoggin Valley Hospital. She was born in Boston, MA on June 12, 1948 the daughter of the late Paul and Emma (Driver) Sidelnick and was raised there. She had been self-employed as a dog groomer for many years in Salem, MA and had also been employed as a store manager at Bradleys in Portsmouth, NH. Paula was an avid Yankees fan and was an avid fan of Stephen King and had read all of his books. She also enjoyed arts and crafts and loved animals, especially cats and dogs. Family includes her sons Evan Tassis and significant other Chris Raymond of North Stratford, NH, Derek Lake of MA and Robert Lake of MA; several grandchildren and family members including Darlene Ayles, Joanne Bellardino, Sharon Trainor and daughter Jamie, Dawn Hackett and children Tim and Crystal. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. There will be no calling hours. The Bryant Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
