Patricia M. (Girouard) Morrissette

Patricia M. Morrissette, 52, of 1926 Riverside Drive, Berlin, NH passed away peacefully on Saturday morning Jan. 1, 2011 at her home, surrounded by her family, after a courageous 11 year battle with cancer. She was born in Berlin, NH on March 16, 1958 2the daughter of Romeo and Andrea (Bourbeau) Girouard and was a lifelong resident. She was a member of Good Shepherd Parish. She had worked at Richs Dept. Store, St. Vincent de Paul, M & M Auto Body Shop and currently at the Gorham High School. Patty was a friend to many and will be missed by all. She leaves behind her husband of 33 years, Bob Morrissette of Berlin; 2 daughters Jen Roy and husband Doug of Milan and Jessica Jacques and her husband Eric of Berlin; her grandchildren Madison and Douglas Roy and Alison and Amelia Jacques; 2 sisters Ann Tardiff and husband Poof of Berlin and Helen Fillion and husband Paul of Florida; in laws Bob and Jeannette Morrissette of Florida, Pauline Craig and Claire Wittnebert and husband Herbert, all of Florida; nieces & nephews Jason Connelly & wife Milliasae and children Dustin, Jacob, Colten & Sarah, Amy Duval and husband Brendon and children Nolan and Kellen, Shane Craig, Jason Craig (godson) and wife Angie and children Colin and Oscar, Craig Wittnebert and wife Mary, Alyssa Marston and husband Jon and Kevin Wittnebert (godson) and wife Abagail and their children Page and Parker; aunts, uncles and cousins. Patty was predeceased by her parents. SERVICES: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday morning Jan. 5, 2011 at 11 AM at St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish. Interment will follow in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Relatives and friends may call at the Bryant Funeral Home, 180 Hillside Ave., Berlin, NH on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the AVH Home Health & Hospice Services, 59 Page Hill Rd., Berlin, NH 03570 or to the American Cancer Society.
