Mary M. (Sheridan) Cassidy

Mrs. Mary M. (Sheridan) Cassidy, 90, formerly of 337 Sweden Street, Berlin, NH passed away on December 25, 2009 at the St. Vincent de Paul Healthcare Center, following a long illness. She was born in Berlin, NH on July 27, 1919 the daughter of Frank J. and Mary M. (Dolan) Sheridan and was a lifelong resident. Mary was a graduate of BHS in 1937 and had been a member of St. Kieran Church, the St. Kieran Altar Guild and the White Mountain Post #2520 VFW Ladies Auxiliary. Members of the family include 2 sons Richard Cassidy of Berlin, NH and Kevin J. Cassidy of Beaverton, Oregon; a daughter Sharon Cassidy of Acton, MA; 5 grandchildren Shobhan Churchill, Mary Caitlin Churchill, Katherine A. Cassidy, Nathan T. Cassidy and Joseph Cassidy; 2 sisters Marion Oleson of Berlin, NH and Cecilia Watson of Gorham, NH; 2 brothers Robert Sheridan and William Sheridan, both of Rockville, CT; many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her husband Donald J. Cassidy in 1992. SERVICES: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday Morning Dec. 30, 2009 at 9:00 AM at St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish, Berlin, NH. Interment will be in the Holy Family Cemetery in Gorham, NH. Relatives and friends may call at the Bryant Funeral Home, 180 Hillside Avenue, Berlin, NH on Tuesday evening from 7 to 9 PM.
